When it comes to cake decoration there are tons of questions! Especially when it comes to custom wedding cakes! and other special orders..

How do I place an order?​

We accept orders through our online order form, email, or by phone (909) 232-3184.
Do you Deliver? How Far?​

Yes we deliver up to 2 hours from Highland, CA! Our delivery rates depend on your location.
**Free delivery for orders within the city of Highland, CA.
**For other locations is $30 up to 30 miles round trip from our Highland location.
** For more than 30 miles there is a charge of 0.50 cents for every additional mileage.
Do you do shipping?​

We only ship our handmade cake toppers and cake or cupcake decorations.
We ship with the USPS. Should you need any other shipping options, such as overnight, please contact me and I will be happy to arrange that if possible. You can shop at our Etsy Store!
Your fondant cakes are beautiful, but do they taste good?​

We know in a lot of cases that Fondant cakes have a reputation for not tasting very well.
All of your baked goods are made from scratch, and we have developed a marshmallow fondant that has the same consistency and look as normal fondant but is "melt in your mouth" delicious. Our ingredients help to create a smooth, soft, and sweet fondant that many have loved. ​
How far in advance do I need to order?​

We recommend 4 to 8 weeks in advance, depending on the on how detailed your cake order is. Customized Fondant decorations take time to make and dry before we could even use it to decorate your cake, so we always recommend that you do order in advance.
However, if you have a short notice party and the order is reasonable we will work with you on getting your order done.
What is your refund/cancellations policy?​

A 50% of the total cost of your order is required to reserve your date.
The deposit is non-refundable due to the time we dedicate to planning your cake and all the decorations that are involved. However some exceptions may apply as every order is different. Please inquired for more information.

Do you make display cakes?​

Yes, our display cakes are available for bridal events, outdoor weddings, photo shoots, etc. Request more information.
Do you do custom cake flavoring?​
​
Yes, our cakes are made to order and always custom.
Some of our cake flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Coconut, Banana or Carrot
Some of our filling flavors: Raspberry, Lemon, Butter-Rum, Strawberry, Raspberry, Pineapple, chocolate or Vanilla.
Fondant and buttercreams can be flavored as well upon request.

Do you make gluten free, dairy free, or egg-less cakes?​

At this time we are exploring these possibilities but do not offer them as a service. We apologize for this and will definitely be providing this service in the future. ​You can request to see if we are able to take a special order at this time.
